This velvet jacket is several years old now – I pulled it out to see how I might wear it this fall with the new velvet trends -
The potential problem with velvet is it can make you look overdressed. So the challenge was to dress it down in fresh ways - I tried -
a really casual and bright T-shirt dress -
jeggings and a well loved leather handbag -
plaid, a khaki skirt, and penny loafers -
tie dye - (and another T-shirt dress) -
and here with the most casual of handbags – a straw bag -
yes, that little puffball at the bottom is the new kitten :)
