This heart print dress was from Boohoo and cost me very little.
I would wear black fishnets with the above for a date, and a little black beret.
This outfit I have actually worn, sans earrings. The navy tights were great. I would like to try it again with some magenta tights. I think with the luggage boots it would be very exciting.
